Namibia Integrated Employment Information System(NIEIS) is a system initiated by the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry has called in for use of (NIEIS) as according to the Employment service Act8.2011, Section 14, Subsection 1 According to the Act, the system is to collect, store and update information concerning : names,qualifications and occupations of job seeker; vacancies in the labour market; specialized skills and qualifications possessed by Namibian citizens and permanent residents and employers in Namibia.
